Blackhawk Integrations stands behind the quality of its security, access control, and low voltage installations with workmanship-focused warranties tailored to each project. Standard warranty coverage is defined in your project contract and is designed to help ensure that installed systems perform as specified at final acceptance and throughout the agreed warranty term.
In many cases, Blackhawk will offer a workmanship warranty for installed systems, subject to project-specific conditions. This workmanship warranty applies to Blackhawk labor and installation quality only, and does not cover pre-existing infrastructure, wiring, or third-party equipment, nor conditions that are specifically excluded in the contract. Work is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship that are not inherent in the products themselves and to conform to the requirements of the contract documents at the time of final acceptance.
Available warranty and support options can include:
Software update and upgrade support (where applicable by manufacturer)
System optimization and periodic health checks
Remote access support for diagnostics and configuration (when enabled and contracted)
Extended manufacturer equipment warranties, often up to 5 years, depending on vendor
Labor coverage options, such as 90-day and 1-year labor on covered equipment
Multi-year on-site service plans (for example 1, 3, or 5 year programs)
Defined response-time options, such as 2-hour, 4-hour, same-day, or next-business-day response during standard business hours
